Capturing their wedding was a deeply personal experience, as I have known Philip for many years,but his journey to the Chuppah truly felt like destiny in the making. His mother Victoria predicted this very moment when she told him, ‘You will meet your Sarah and you will marry her.’ Those words came true, and seeing Philip and Sarah finally stand together at the Chuppah was a testament to a mother’s intuition and a perfect match.
As Seattle wedding videographers, we have filmed many weddings across Washington, but Newcastle Golf Club in Bellevue remains one of the most breathtaking venues. With panoramic views of the Seattle skyline, Lake Washington, and the Olympic Mountains, it offers a perfect cinematic backdrop for wedding films.
Philip and Sarah’s wedding day was filled with sunshine, breathtaking views, and over 200 family members and friends who came together to celebrate their love.
The venue features multiple event spaces, including the stunning Prestwick Terrace and the elegant St. Andrews Ballroom, making it ideal for both large and intimate weddings.
The ceremony took place at the renowned Prestwick Terrace, one of the most picturesque ceremony spaces at Newcastle Golf Club. This spectacular, year-round tented structure features floor-to-ceiling removable windows, grand chandeliers, and expansive skyline views, creating a breathtaking setting for saying “I do.”
Prestwick Terrace can comfortably seat up to 350 guests, making it ideal for large weddings.
After the ceremony, the couple explored the grounds for their portrait session — and Newcastle Golf Club delivered its signature beauty. The rolling hills, stone pathways, and glowing sunset made every shot cinematic. As the sun dipped behind the mountains, the sky turned a soft pastel gold, creating the perfect natural lighting for romantic videography.
The reception was a vibrant continuation of the day’s happiness. Held inside the elegant St. Andrews Ballroom, the space was filled with warm uplighting, soft décor, and an irresistible atmosphere that encouraged everyone to celebrate together. Philip and Sarah’s grand entrance set the tone for the evening — full of excitement, laughter, and heartfelt cheers. During speeches, friends and family shared touching stories from the couple’s journey, painting a beautiful picture of two people who are not only in love, but truly best friends.
As the night unfolded, the dance floor came alive. Guests brought incredible energy, filling the ballroom with unforgettable moments of celebration. One of the highlights was the couple’s first dance — graceful, emotional, and filled with genuine joy. From there, the party continued late into the evening, with nonstop dancing, laughter, and celebrations under the sparkling lights.
